The Ocean County Competition Riders (OCCR) approached us with a website that had served its purpose for nearly two decades but was no longer effective in meeting the needs of their current and prospective members. Their old website was slow, outdated, and not mobile-friendly, making it a poor user experience for visitors. Additionally, the website lacked structure, with no clear navigation or easily accessible information about the club’s services, events, or membership. As a result, OCCR struggled to attract and retain members, and their online presence was not an effective tool for engagement or communication.
