How does the hiring process work?
Our hiring process is designed to keep candidates informed and engaged at every stage. We begin by thoroughly reviewing all resumes and will communicate with all applicants throughout the process to let them know if they will be moving forward. Typically, the process includes an initial phone screening, followed by one or more in-person or online interviews based on the specific role. Depending on the position, candidates may also undergo a skills assessment. Finally, we make a decision and extend an offer to the selected candidate.
Why do your "Entry Level" positions require experience?
At first glance, it may seem contradictory to require experience for entry-level positions. However, we look for candidates who are passionate about their work, and that passion often translates into relevant experience outside of a traditional professional setting. While professional is great, it’s not mandatory for entry level roles, we value hands-on experience gained through personal projects, volunteering for family or friends, hobbies, or even following and enhancing online tutorials. If you have a strong enthusiasm for your field, we encourage you to apply!
